Feelings & emotional regulation
Help children recognise emotions, notice what happens in their bodies, and develop practical ways to pause, communicate and respond.
Ask about children’s coaching →Every child has strengths, needs and a story worth understanding. Coaching creates space for children to notice feelings, build confidence and practise new ways forward — without reducing them to a behaviour or a difficult day.
Help children recognise emotions, notice what happens in their bodies, and develop practical ways to pause, communicate and respond.
Ask about children’s coaching →Explore each child’s strengths, interests and relationships, helping them use those qualities in ways that work well for themselves and others.
Talk about your child’s needs →Inclusive, strengths-based support that can take account of SEND, sensory needs, communication differences and each child’s own pace. We work with families to find realistic strategies for everyday life.
Explore tailored support →Family life can be demanding, especially when a child’s needs are misunderstood or everyday strategies stop working. We explore behaviour with curiosity, recognise strengths across the family, and shape practical approaches that fit your real life.
A calm space to reflect on patterns, expectations, triggers and responses — and decide what might help your family move forward.
Ask about parent coaching →Build understanding, supportive boundaries and communication that respects both children’s needs and parents’ capacity.
Explore family support →Strengths-based support for families navigating SEND, sensory or communication differences, school challenges and routines — without treating one approach as right for everyone.
Discuss your family’s needs →You don’t have to sit in an office to have a meaningful conversation. Choose a setting that helps you think clearly, feel at ease and explore what matters — with the same strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.
Take your thoughts outdoors and reflect while walking at a comfortable pace.
Use movement and a suitable cycling route as a setting for reflection, with clear safety arrangements.
Explore whether a journey-based format is suitable and safe. Coaching must never distract the driver or compromise road safety.
Use board games, video games or shared activities to make reflection more natural and less formal.
I care about what sits beneath behaviour—and what becomes possible when people feel understood rather than judged.
My work brings together primary education, wellbeing mentoring, coaching and Applied Positive Psychology. Since February 2024, I have worked at Ark Byron Primary Academy in London, supporting children across different year groups, including children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). I work alongside teachers, SENDCOs, parents and safeguarding colleagues to build confidence, emotional understanding and more supportive ways forward.
Some of my favourite moments are when the little humans I work with decide I’m their favourite grown-up. Those relationships remind me that connection is not an extra: it is often the starting point for learning, regulation and change. I am passionate about helping families who are struggling to find approaches that work for their child and for everyone at home.
My research has focused on adults’ emotional intelligence and its effect on pupil behaviour. I am especially interested in positive behaviour, co-regulation and new approaches that look beyond the behaviour we see to the relationships, environments, strengths and unmet needs that may sit beneath it. I also serve as a school governor at Ark Byron Primary Academy, contributing a frontline perspective to discussions about inclusion, SEND, wellbeing and school improvement.
Alongside my work in education, I have coached hundreds of coachees through a range of real-life challenges, including relationships and love life, job crafting, career decisions and financial literacy. My aim is to make coaching practical, collaborative and grounded in each person’s circumstances—not a one-size-fits-all formula.
I am completing an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of East London (expected September 2026), following a BA in English Language and Literature at Allameh Tabataba’i University. My earlier work includes online English teaching, events coordination and theatre direction—experiences that strengthened my communication, facilitation and ability to adapt to different people. My coaching development includes more than 50 hours of coaching practice, alongside coachee and observer experience, with EMCC accreditation expected in September 2026.
Coaching is a partnership, not someone telling you how to live. We make space to notice what's already working, understand what gets in the way and choose realistic steps towards what matters to you.
Every person and family has a different story. Sessions are shaped around your goals, context and preferences, with respect for individual differences and lived experience.
Tell me a little about the kind of support you're looking for. We can explore whether coaching feels like a good fit and what a first step might look like.
